Very knowledgeable and helpful! They are expensive and you will have to wait weeks for an appointment but before I took it to them my Onan generator was shutting off sporatically if I could even get it to start. This is not good when you have a food truck business. When there is additional work to be done they consult you first and let you know how urgent the issue is before they do the work. Since I’ve been going to them for an annual maintenance or any issues I have it has been working smoothly. They even show you regular maintenance to do on your own to keep it working smoothly. I did not feel any pressure from them and they did not rush through the process even though they are in high demand. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Air Cooled Engines has been my get it fixed place for several decades. It a family ran shop, they have been in business for 40+ years. Their prices are fair and the work they perform is astonishing, if you have a generator that needs diagnosing Glenn is a Master service technician and is top in his field. They also sell and service many other sorts of power equipment. If you need it fixed and fixed right than this is the place. Keep up the great work Glenn, Kim and Gerard!
