We have been renting a property managed by Melissa for 8 months. Almaden Property Management has been helpful, responsive, and courteous through the entire process. Our home is a first time rental, so there have been many issues to address. Everything has been taken care of promptly and by Melissa and her team, and she always is sure to confirm that our needs have been met. I would highly recommend Almaden Property Management to any prospective renter.

I contacted Melissa through a listing I found on Padmapper. When she didn’t have any listings that fit my needs, she directed me to the Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM — where she is a former Chapter President) which lists 50+ property management firms that might work for me.

I was referred to Melissa by my realtor after trying to unsuccessfully sell my former home during the real estate market slump in 2011.
I handed her the keys and the initial reserve deposit. She handled everything else. She found 5 suitable tenants within 2 weeks. They paid on time. Melissa took care of all the little maintenance issues, of which there were many. I never had to get involved personally with the property. Most everything was handled by email and the very occasional call.
I would still be using this company’s services if I had not finally been able to sell the property last week. I highly recommend Almaden Property Management.
