Almaden Termite & Construction

Chris doesn’t have license and lie and cheating a lot. then gave me, fake statement, fake inspection, fake Signature warranty. I will have lawsuit with Almaden Termite & Construction and I have a lot of photos for what he has done. he didn’t finish jobs and had a thousand excuses.
Jerry who has the license said to me he would not take responsibility anything that Chris has done. but Chris had his license card and Chris said he was Jerry’s partner.
anyway, Chris asked me paid for $ 8300 but he didn’t do a lot of jobs that I paid. he told me done the jobs but when Pest Control board asked, he said he didn’t have time to do jobs.
when he left, there were a lot of trash in house and garage. in addition, leaking water, uneven tiles and wrong installation of faucet, broken my window glass, shower glass door, bed room door, bed room wall because I asked his son moved out of my house after my final payment.
Terrible!!! even Jerry came to see and said ‘not acceptable’ jobs.
don’t believe any Chris’ word.
without termite inspection, any job related termite is break law.

Don’t trust them. They screwed me over with both their termite inspection and construction work. Definitely don’t recommend them for construction… they are clueless and take no responsibility at all.
