I had a canvas painting that I needed framed. Valerie responded right away to my email, and I took it in the next morning to have her take a look at it. We talked about frames vs. just stretching & stapling it onto stretcher bar, and we both agreed that it would work well to just stretch it. I preferred something simple, and if I change my mind later she can add a frame to it. Her price was very reasonable, and it was done within a week. From my perspective, it was a painless process, and it looks great!

Valerie at Art Smart did a fantastic job framing my diploma and license. They look beautiful and she was great about going over the options for framing. I also brought in my business license, and she was kind enough to tell me that she could frame it for me; but that I could easily get a less expensive frame at a larger retailer. We moved into our new location and needed that extra touch. Valerie came over the same day we called with samples to discuss. She guided two engineers through selection process and made it feel like we knew what we were doing. We had a tight timeline and she made it happen. The install team was superb. I called Valerie at Art Smart after a friend recommended her (I needed a few large mirrors hung). Valerie called me back and was very attentive. I requested that the mirrors be put up on fairly short notice and Valerie was eager to please. She put me in touch with Paul and his assistant, Tom. Both men arrived promptly, and without even asking, they noticed that I had a small «Please remove your shoes sign» so they did.
Paul and Tom were very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and eager to please. They did a fantastic job. They even helped me decide where my mirrors should go.

Valerie did a great job with our large 59×39.5in original oil painting on canvas that we lugged back from Ha Noi, VN. She was responsive to emails, always punctual with our appointments and was very easy to work with. We had a last minute dinner party planned and asked if she could rush it and she got it done within a 2 days vs. a week+. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I were traveling to California to visit an old friend. I wanted to bring a gift to her from her native state. I contacted Valerie at Art Smart to see if I could ship a poster to her and she could frame it for my friend. Valerie was open to this idea. I had the poster shipped to her and she picked out a few frames. She e-​mailed me photos of the poster with the different frames. When we got to California the artwork was ready and wonderful. For my work project, I needed to install 28 patent plaques onto our main office entrance wall. I knew if I did it on my own, it would take days to do! I imagined how I would accomplsih this task, and it involved lasers, string, screw drivers, and other battery-​operated tools! Luckily, I found Art Smart, I turned to Valerie and Paul to do the job for me — with their tools, experience, and expertise, they helped me accomplish this project within a short amount of time. We had some time contraints, but the turnaround time from initial contact to job completion was great! Valerie made me feel confident that we could complete the job with such a short amount of time, and she delivered.
Valerie was very responsive and helpful, and Paul did a great job installing all our patent plaques onto the wall with the wire system. The finished product looks great — very modern and high-​tech. I would definitely recommend Art Smart for your Art or Plaque installation needs!

We met with a few vendors regarding art for the lobby in our office. We met with Valerie and knew that her solution for art in the lobby of our building would be perfect. Art Smart works with a few artists to create custom pieces of art for your space. I’m very happy that I found Art Smart! I recently began a new job and was asked to research art installers and setup an appointment for our office’s art work to be installed. I spent a couple of weeks looking on-​line to find the best art installer for a very affordable and reasonable price. Valerie whom I spoke with was very nice and always followed up on any questions I had and was very understanding and able to make the appointment fit our work schedule.
Paul (the installer) came to install our art pieces. He was very professional and very nice. He gave us suggestions and ideas to help improve the aesthetics of our art placement. He worked very quickly but thoroughly and didn’t take more than 2 hours to install about 25 pieces of art. Once he installed all the pieces, he went back around to ensure everything was ok, cleaned the frames and touched up any chips on the frame.
I haven’t received any complaints in our office, and I think our office looks great!

My entire experience with Art Smart was terrific. Valerie was detail-​oriented and made sure she had all the art measurements and weights in advance so the installer could bring the appropriate hanging equipment. Paul was a pro! He hanged my art with museum quality precision. I would hire them again!
