I can not stress enough: this store sells nothing but garbage. The store policy says you may exchange the garbage, but they will fight you on it. After winning the fight to exchange garbage you admittedly used but was worthless, you may watch the shady store employer put the used garbage right back on the shelf to be resold with only half its contents.
Classy.

I was here last week and I was so glad to decide my list of things to buy. After contemplating all the items to buy, finally I was inside the store yesterday and looking for more items. Then I look at the mini table that they sell, when I raise it up adjusted to its maximum I thought there is something missing to the table to make it sturdy, so I ask the clerk who is all alone in the store if he sells any other table that is more sturdy, he said that there is none, and ask me what am I gonna use it for, I said for variety of reasons a table that can be use for, then this guy is trying to show me the door as if that store is his. I said I would still look around.
The Clerk is doing a poor job, obviously does not know customer service as a salesman why would you show the door to your customer, rather than educating him about your product unless you don’t care about what you sell, and less to your customer. Dude needs to probably change his occupation from sales to security or maybe bouncer in a night club. I am a customer and didn’t deserved to be disrespected.
I end up not buying anything in this store.

I bought an cell phone mount here for my car. As I left I asked the man behind the desk if he gets many returns on the product. He said no, but there is a 14 day return policy and you only get store credit. I thought I would try it anyway. Unfortunately I could not get the mount to stick to the dash board. It continually fell off. So I took it back with the receipt. The clerk said we don’t take it back without the box. the posted return policy says nothing about keeping the packaging. He called the manager to see if he could make an acceptation and when he did not answer he said, «why don’t you have the box, don’t you ever return things?» I said «I don’t normally keep the box, it clutters up my house. Other stores don’t require the box», Then in a condescending voice he said, «oh, so how often do you return items? «as if I make taking back items a continual practice. I could not believe how rude he was being to me. I told him I wanted to talk with the manager and he said «then come back tomorrow and return the item then, and you can talk with the manager». I said I don’t have the time to have to drive back tomorrow to make the return. I am hear now. I will call him on the phone.» He said, «if you want to make the return then stop talking.» Finally he let me exchange the item and credited the remainder back to my card. I called the next day to talk with the manager and left a message but did not get a return call back. I will not shop at that store again.

If you watch a lot of TV and watch those Billy Mays commercials «Oxy-​Clean, Kaboom! or Mighty Putty» anyone?. Then this store will be your nirvana, they carry all the products you see on TV minus the handling charges. Sore is located near the Body Shop in Oakridge Mall.
Staff is helpful but don’t expect them to know too much about the products, just what is written on the product box label.
Now, I don’t shop much for these kinds of products because the quality is not always the best. So read reviews on Ama​zon​.Com, Epinions, Garden Web and other web sites to make an informed decision vs impulse shopping.

Cool store that has a lot of gag items you see on TV. If you read reviews on a lot of these items on Amazon or other big vendors, you’ll find that most of them don’t work as well as they say. Still, this place has all the items you see, the SlapChop, Magic Bullet, knives, etc. All of these items under one roof is awesome for any white elephant /​gag gift items you might want to give out.

I went to this store to buy a high Definition night lense glasses on10/​9/​12. I tried it on for two hours and determined that it was to balky and not very clear. When I took it back to the store the Clerk (Rey) told me that once I took the glasses out of the store I was not entitled to any refund and no further explanation is needed. The glasses was returned in perfect condition, no damages. The receipt stated items sold can be returned within 14 days minus 15% of the total for restocking fees which I was willing to pay. I ask him to write his name but it was unreadable and he sarcastically said“you want my social security number too”. I will never shop in that store again and I advise anyone who shops there to check their return policy with the clerk as a precaution.

I love this place! Although I did not see what I was looking for the gentleman was kind and helpful. (Great customer service) I am a sucker for all those things that are advertised on TV and have this constant feeling that I must have them even though I know they are not going to work and are cheaply made.
I would bring my eccentric Aunt Ellie here so she could go wild and buy each As Seen On TV item and spend my inheritance! (Just joking)

This place is inside the Oakridge Mall on the lower level. Every item that you’ve ever seen advertised on TV can probably be found here. I’ve seen some stuff here that I’ve never seen advertised such as a few get off the phone quickly noise gadget. The guy there saw me laughing at that product and was cool enough to show me what all the sounds sound like.
There are five or six different excuses for getting off the phone with someone who just can’t take a hint. There is a door bell sound, a siren, crying baby, Chinese food delivery, and a couple of others that I can’t recall right now. They all sound very realistic, lol! It’s only $ 12.99 I think. There are a couple of others that are more for giggles such as the one for different kinds of farts, lol!
Some of the stuff sold in these stores are silly and probably don’t really work as well as the commercials claim they do. Some probably do though. You just have to rely on common sense to know what’s worth buying and what’s not. It’s a fun store to shop at when you’re just looking for a good laugh.
