Barbar Griswold is not only an excellent therapist but also a leading expert, author and presenter on navigating the insurance maze as well as making the switch to the required ICD-​10 Diagnosis codes.

Barbara is absolutely phenomenal. She provides rational, unbiased counseling, letting all parties have their say in a calm and moderating way, and adding insights as she goes. She also went out of her way to help me in my situation by trying to find other counselors for my unique case, including posting on insider forums, and informing me on the health care rules and limitations. She did this out of the kindness of her heart, as she was unable to be the therapist in this instance (as much as I would have liked her to be). She also takes Aetna. I cannot recommend her enough. (She was doing marriage counseling in my case).
