Burch Boehner and his staff are very efficient and curtious. They are very knowledgeable about everything from renters insurance to home owners insurance they always seem to have your best interest at heart. Especially Gina Mena she can turn that frown upside down.

Gina is great at what she does. You can count on her to always get the job done. Every question and transaction that I needed help with has always been carried through to completion. This review is for Gina, who may have single handedly saved this account. I moved to State Farm from GEICO at the advice of a friend over their claims processes, but I had some hit and miss instances. Though both of us weren’t perfect, I’d rather it be from a misunderstanding on my part that cost me money than a miscommunication or mistake on theirs– and the latter happened more than I’d have liked. Gina was the first person to talk to me in a way that seemed like she wanted to offer the best service and not try to sell me anything. She has a great knowledge of the bureaucratic system, was incredibly honest about the effectiveness of some extra services, and took the time to explain things and fill in some gaps to make things go much smoother in the future. In the end, all I wanted was a straight story on how best to manage my insurance affairs for the outcome I needed, without an upsell. Gina gave that to me, and it makes me feel more comfortable to buy, at her recommendation, in the future.

I’ve been a customer of this State Farm location for about five years now. Since I moved into the area, Roberto has been my go to guy. He has always handled my issues in a very timely manner, with professionalism, and with patience. Navigating the business of insurance can be confusing. With so many different coverages and policies, it is difficult to know what would lend me the best coverage, at the best price; you need someone you can trust to help you cover all the bases. Roberto has been responsive to my inquiries, always returns messages in a timely manner, and even comes in on Saturdays to accommodate my tight schedule. I will continue to be a customer of State Farm not only for their great reputation and proven track record, but for their customer service that comes with having great agents such as Roberto.

Jesus Lopez is helpful. He is attentive and very understanding of my coverage needs. He helped me with my student credit card and my auto quotes. He is awesome!

My husband & I have been with State Farm for about 10 years… when we left the Bay Area our previous agent’s office started giving us the «cold shoulder» and assigned us to a new agent, in San Jose. I can not thank our previous agent enough… not for the service she gave to us, but for transferring us to Burch Boehner’s office. We now live out in the valley and because of the excellent service we have received from Burch and his office, we have no intentions of leaving. Gina is FABULOUSLY AWESOME… she has always been so efficient with our needs and is always so friendly and helpful. At first I felt like I was one of those clients that had too many questions, or called too many times… but after interacting with Burch, Luis and Gina — I don’t feel like that. Perfect combination of friendly but also no-​nonsense, so you never feel like she’s doing the sales «talking for the sake of talking» sort of crap, and she explains things clearly and easily for you. I change cars more often than some people change their sheets (which is a disgusting thought, people…) and she puts up with my constant neediness with the same friendliness as always. State Farm needs to clone her… seriously!

I’ve worked with this office in the past and gotten pretty decent service. My contact had since left so I ended up speaking to Roberto Gomez. I tried getting flood insurance for my condo and just called the main office number. After 1 call back and multiple emails, I didn’t get any coverage from him. I provided all the documents I thought he needed and ultimately, he ended up ignoring 2 of my emails asking for an update and a quote. Good to hear other people had a good experience, but I did not.
How can I get in touch with Gina Mena directly? Help anyone?

I absolutely LOVE Gina! She has been my family’s advisor for years. She has such a warm and honest personality and she’s never trying to sell you something. I love how she makes time for me and my needs and makes us feel like we are the only people in the world. She is amazing! I live a ways from the agency but I will make the trip just for her!

My husband and I have been insured by State Farm almost 35 years. Gina had been there for us in Fremont and now with Burch in San Jose. Working in Retail myself, I value Customer Service so not only Gina is professional, she is also real. She patiently walked me through and answers a lot of questions I am not familiar with.

There’s nothing exactly sexy about having insurance but as far as insurance agencies go Burch Boehner’s office ranks right up there.
