I great costumer service and very friendly. Very happy with the job they done on my Honda Accord. It looks brand new. Thank you so much. They returned my car all washed and cleaned too. Also they keep you updated about your car through text messages.

Wow… not all collision repair shops are the same! I had to deal with a few and I was most impressed with this shop here! Special thanks to Abel and Jonathan! And the whole staff as well.

Previously Capitol Collision, this is my second time working with them. I needed to get my car fixed after an unfortunate vandalism incident and processed a claim through AAA. I specifically asked to have my repairs done there because of my excellent experience last time. Once again, I’m extremely pleased with the service and efficiency of all the staff members. Roxanna was my customer service rep once again. By the time I dropped off my car, the paperwork and everything had already been set up. I just had to sign some forms, which took about ten minutes, Roxanna went over what damage was included in the claim, and then they gave me a ride to the nearby Hertz to get my rental car.
Once they had my car, they sent me text message updates every other day to inform me of the progress on the work being done, and in exactly one week, my car was ready to be picked up. They really went above and beyond to take care of the damage on my car, and then some. :) Car was waxed and polished and looked brand new when I picked it up. Roxanna did a quick run through with me to show me what had been done as well as explain the warranty.
I have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue doing so!

Big shop, lots of security, Toyota certified and AAA recommend! Go see Rich he will take care of you.

Not recommended. This place is a hack job. I sent my car to the place and was not the quality of work that you should get from a place being recommended. If a nextt time happens, this place will not be my shop
