Erick squeezed his busy schedule to fit my time arrangement. He came to my house with years of professional experiences. His inspection approach is very detail oriented without loosing the big picture of how to operate and maintain a complicated pool system (my home happens to have one) from the customer’s perspective. He took great efforts to explain every detail and mechanics to me in layman’s terms, which are very helpful and beyond his inspection work scope. When I made extra requests to ask him to inspect other facilities in the yard, he is more than happy to go extra miles! He is very efficient in preparing a very thorough report sent out to me the same day. I just hinted that I hope to have it soon, but not this quick! Apparently, he worked overtime to get it done!
