Caribbees Shopping Center

Epicenter of bad drivers, cheap goods, and great food. I’ve been going here since I was a kid. You name it, they have it here at this shopping center. And if you don’t think they have it, you cold probably ask around and someone might have it. I really don’t know how half of these stores make any money, but they do. Caribbees is undoubtedly the most unattractive Vietnamese shopping center in San Jose. It smells funny, you can often step on chewing gum, and parking is a nightmare. Despite its unfortunate misgivings, there is a lot to be found in this place. Dry cleaning, clothing, shoes, tofu, gifts, gifts, gifts, lottery, gifts, more gifts, music and of course food. It is a place that holds a lot of memories for people who grew up in San Jose, warts and all.
