Where do I even begin? Not only was I presented with the most beautiful center piece flower arrangements, but Acelina did this for me with a day’s notice. She went above and beyond, there is nothing better than a family owned flower shop. Thank you so much, my mom loved it all!

I have been going here since high school when we would get our prom and homecoming corsages and things. Love coming here. Acelina is the sweetest person ever. She makes a great array of arrangements always the way you want them. A while back she did the whole floral arrangement for my brothers wedding and everything was just perfect. ill post the pictures on this site too!!! =)

This is a great spot for any occasion. I used to go here school proms and homecomings. Now its my go-​to shop for weddings, anniversaries, any occasion you can think of! Acelina is great and I always feel better going to a small business owner in my neighborhood! I’m definitely reccomending Cesar’s Flowers!

I’ve gone to Acelina whenever I needed anything for prom. Both times I was extremely happy and if I had more proms I’d go back to her! I’ve also seen what she does for parties and it’s extremely beautiful! Cesars Flowers is the place to go for flower arrangements!

Acelina is wonderful, she made all the flower arrangements for our grandmothers funeral which were beautiful! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing shop. The owner is wonderful. She is always on time and will go above and beyond for your needs. She has done many of my party and will be doing my wedding in sept. Will post more photos soon

Acelina at Cesar’s flower shop is super easy going & always goes the extra mile to make sure all her clients flower arrangements are exactly what they wanted. My arrangements are always done on time && they last longer than other flower shops which is a plus!!! Cesar’s has all types of flower arrangements. No projects too big or small. They ALWAYS look fresh which is very important to me too!!! When in doubt, call The Cesar’s flower shop! :-)

Acelina at Cesar’s Flowers is amazing. She is also very patient and takes her time to make sure each arrangement is perfect.
My husband has purchased me countless arrangements from her ranging from simple but elegant mixtures of seasonal flowers to beautiful long stem roses to gorgeous and colorful handpicked tropical arrangements in large fish bowls. I am always pleased with her work and would not go elsewhere. Thank you for always putting the extra effort in to make my flowers that much more beautiful!
Also, the shop has recently been redecorated and has really nice home goods for sale.

I like this place for one-​off arrangements and bouquets. They’re always willing to create something at the last minute, and can meet almost any deadline. So, over the past 10 years I’ve used them periodically for these types of orders.

That said, my most recent order was for a corsage for my son’s senior prom. I was very disappointed with the results.
I ordered a $ 25 package that included a wrist corsage (for her) and very basic boutonnière (one single rose bud) for him. Although her corsage, when picked up, was quite lovely with 3 large white rose buds, it almost immediately began to fall apart. During pre-​prom photos with the senior class, one entire bud completely fell off. A little embarrassing for my son, who reported that during the dance itself, the remaining two flowers fell off. Too bad there is no «next time» for senior prom.
I’d probably continue to use this place for «basic» arrangements but would hesitant to trust quality for one of kind orders.

The flowers were beautiful and they made up for an error when they forgot the card by returning to the hotel to drop off a card. I gave them my American Express card number and they said there be a $ 20 fee so I gave them my Visa card number to charge the flowers. The following day both credit card numbers were compromised and used fraudulently around San Jose. I never use the Visa and Cesar’s was the only place that had both numbers The owner’s sister, Celine, took the order and claims that she didn’t write down the numbers, but there is not another explanation. Referred to San Jose PD… credit card user beware!

The most spectacular wedding flowers! 1^st class! I love that its a family business. Cesar is a sweetheart and his sisters are always so helpful. :)

I needed balloons for a baby shower and found Cesar’s on Unilocal.I was looking forward to free delivery, but it ended up that my address was a $ 7 charge (and only a few miles away.?). And the lady that delivered them was very nice, but she came almost two hours after the time we agreed on because she got lost. Luckily I buffered the time between the delivery and the shower. All in all, they got the job done, balloons delivered, and the price was reasonable (minus delivery fee).

The owner of this shop is the nicest woman around. It is so wonderful to have her in the neighborhood. She does beautiful arrangements and has great house plants and house décor. I have ordered balloons for my daughters birthday there every year and they also do a wonderful job with their balloon bouquets. I live very close by and they have even delivered for free. Look no further than Cesar’s Flowers… they are terrific and a wonderful shop to have in the Northside of San Jose.
