I did an assignment for this agency back on 11−20−15, the last time I did a job for them it took 56 days to get paid so when they asked if I could help on an assignment I was apprehensive to say the least but, I made sure that when I took the assignment that I would be paid within 30 days to 45 days. Well, once again it took till today 1−26−16 to get paid 70.00. I sent numerous emails that were never answered by accounting,(Paula Madden) I also made several phone calls and it seemed like I could never get a straight answer as to when I could expect payment. I say if you don’t care about getting paid take jobs with them but I will never work for them again.

I spent many hours trying to collect from this company. At the end I gave up. Karma comes around.
Interpreters be aware Communicaid, Inc does not pay their interpreters accurately or doesn’t pay them at all.

Owner’s brother, Kipp Madden, never replied to my inquiry about lack of payment and on top of that I got an incorrect amount on 1099 report. Communicaid issued a 1099 with the $ 385 which they still owe me. I contacted the IRS office and was told to report the amount I was paid as long as I had proof of it. This is an agency that I’d never work for again even if they were to pay me in advance.
