The HDMI connector on the circuit board of H&S Performance Mini Maxx Tuner used in my brother’s truck was damaged and broke off. Contec Direct was able to obtain a new connector and repair the board for us. Customer service was outstanding, starting with very quick responses to my initial email and telephone call inquires and throughout the repair process, constantly keeping us posted on the status of the repair. It can be nerve-​racking to mail off an expense part to an unknown company, but from the very beginning, I had a lot of confidence that Contec Direct would do a good job at a fair price and was not disappointed.
