I went to Randy last year for my chronic hip join pain. He has been thorough in examining me and left no doubts in my mind. I am a kind of a person who leaves the doctors office and then immediately think I should have asked that, this etc. but after meeting with Randy, all my questions were answered. I was pregnant with my second baby at that time and he tailored the stretches and exercises accordingly. After the baby, I wanted to start going to physical therapy and I didn’t want to go anywhere but here. He also recommends at home stretches and exercises which are not very difficult to do yet effective. I agree with other reviewer that billing is not very pleasant(and they are out of network for me) but I still go to him because he has been awesome treating me. I went to multiple chiropractors, primary care physicians before Randy and got no productive help. After going here, I am feeling much better. I have long way to go but I have hope after finding this place.

I saw Randy for severe back pain in the middle of 2008. He was very thorough, and helpful with my back. Over the course of several months I saw improvement. The problem has been with the billing office. In my first session, Randy said he had done an extensive review with my insurance company and explained the number of sessions I had covered for the calendar year and how long to wait before I could resume therapy in the next year. i went to therapy, I paid my deductible and all was well. I never received a bill and assumed all was as described with billing and insurance. More than a year after therapy had ceased, I started receiving large bills from CORE. I called the billing office and left messages, no returned calls. I called the insurance company, nothing had ever been approved and they were denying the claims. Now I am stuck with a large bill that occurred two years ago, and the billing office does not return calls but writes lots of nasty letters. I am making monthly payments and the collection threats continue. Please carefully check your own insurance coverage and don’t accept their word for what is covered. This unexpected, several-thousand-dollar bill is creating a financial hardship for me at this time, and while I accept the ultimate responsibility, many people believe what a therapist tells them and accepts it at face value — I assumed they knew more about insurance coverage than I did. Apparently I was wrong.
