For tickets to Asia, their price and availability is unbeatable. The only annoying thing is that their phone is often busy…

Out of 5 random travel agents from SF to SJ contacted thus far, Corion Travel ended up having the best price for airfare going back to Taipei (EVA airlines).
In addition to best price:
— friendly telephone customer service
— prompt to answer questions
— did not put me on hold while answering other calls unlike other places (who knows if the competition does their nails, toilet or smoke break, or eating a bento box while you listen to elevator music). One other place took my call for inquiry, and NEVER called me back.
— fluent in English even when I was rather uncomfortable breaking out my accented Mandarin to confuse the issue further
