Lenny went above and beyond to make sure we could get 50 perfect custom Koozies made in less than a week for my friend’s birthday. Very quick, affordable, and professional! Will definitely come to this place again for my custom design needs.

Excellent service and reasonable prices! I had two hoodies custom embroidered as gifts for my parents and this place did an excellent job and provided exactly what I wanted very quickly. THE place for any custom embroidery needs!

I wish there was better communication. Both times I have ordered from here I’ll send in an order, get no confirmation that they got it or a price quote or time estimate, and get an email a month or so later saying: «ready to pick up». Customer service needs improvement.

Since I can’t sew on a button to save my life, I had my daughters name embroidered on her school sweatshirt. When you have one sweatshirt design, and a million students — it’s kind of a necessity

We’ve had custom koozies, jackets, t-​shirts, polos, button downs, hats, ets all from Lenny’s shop and all with custom logos and he is always easy and excellent to work with.

I needed some scrubs embroidered for my team to wear at a trade show. Lenny replied to my request for a quote quickly, I emailed him the logo, I brought in the scrubs, we discussed the placement, thread color and cost, I left and 3 – 4 days later they were complete!
Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent price. Lenny gets it and for that I will definitely go back for future embroidery or printing. He’s local too– another reason to support him.

You’ll see a trend about Lenny being the man, well its true. My company needed hats & shirts to be embroidered with an extremely short turn around time. Lenny & his team were able to make it happen. Everything came out wonderful. Definitely going to go back.
Tip: Takes about a day for your design to be digitized & don’t wait till the last minute!

I’m one satisfied customer! I had Lenny and his team embroider my company logo on about a dozen shirts that I brought in myself. He had no problem working with my selected shirts, and that meant a lot to me.
I have not liked the material/​style of shirts from Zazzle and other companies I have used in the past so this time around, I wanted to go to a department store with a huge selection of nice, name brand products, try on and buy what I liked, and then have a local company do my embroidering. And that’s just what Susan Kay’s provided.
The price was lower than expected, the work on time as promised, and the customer service remarkable.

Had a small job for putting my new company name on 3 shirts… Lenny was very patient and spend all the time it needed with me to get it done right. It was completed on time and cost much less than I thought.

I was sent to Lenny by a current client of his and mine and I have gotten the WORST service i have ever had in my entire business career! Not only does he not return emails or phone calls but i have been trying to get a hold of him or someone that can properly quote a job for me for about 3 weeks now. I have sent him the files, the shirt type, location of art work etc. and still nothing concrete and no response from Susan Kays employees. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, unless of course they win me back with great prices and premier customer service but at this point I doubt they will ever call me back!

I just stopped by to have numbers placed on two hockey jerseys and was expecting to have to leave them all day. They were done in less than five minutes while I tried on a few hats! Now of course they probably can’t do that every day but who cares? The price couldn’t be beat and the service is second to none. From now on all my business goes to Susan Kay’s.

After calling countless places to get someone to embroider a cape I ended up being referred to Custom Apparel by Susan Kay’s!
This place is on San Carlos right off the 87and close to the 280 and street parking out front. The steel doors makes you unsure if this place is welcoming the public haha.
I was given a team cape and I wanted to embroider it. I wanted it to be simple, pretty, and not over the top expensive. This place fit exactly that.
I called and spoke to Lenny and asked if they would work with it and he was so nice about it. He asked me type of fabric it was, what color, what I wanted to put on it and I was able to get an approximate quote. I liked how he quoted 20 bucks and it ended up being 18! That’s always the appropriate thing to do to quote higher and be cheaper in person!
I turned it in Monday evening and got it Wednesday! A quick turnaround.
I would definitely recommend this place if you need from one item to hundreds of items to customized, personalize– screen print or embroider.
I can’t wait to show my cape to my teammates!
