Be careful, this place is extremely shady. They try to sneak extra charges onto your bill and then try to distract you while you sign it and pull your attention away when you look it over. Definitely do NOT buy from here.

I am sorry to hear of the previous reviews. I worked with John and Jimmy and had an amazing experience and would go back to them in a snap and definitely refer all friends to them. I upgraded my phone, got some breaks with discounts, was told they could have helped retain my unlimited data package with a previous upgrade, was helped with accessories at a discount and did this all at the kiosk in Oakridge. I then had to return and exchange the phone due to the model I bought didn’t work well in the area of our vacation home. I went back to my Motorola and just loved their help and understanding. DId the exchange without a hitch! Everything about my experience was nothing but positive and I will now only go back to them for service and help.

Be warned! I must say they are the absolute WORST! They don’t even deserve a star! First, I thought they were a real Verizon store – my stupid mistake! But then, I bought and returned an item and they totally messed up my transaction. I don’t know how many times I had to call the real Verizon to fix the issue because of their stupidity! I’m still trying to fix the error now as I receive bills from Verizon for service and item I returned! I am sorry to say but they are a bunch of incompetent idiots. I regret ever stopping by their kiosk. Never again!

I bought a new phone from Michael Le. I feel like he gave me a fair deal. I went back to get my dad a phone for father’s day. This time. we got swindled. One hundred and fifty bucks off ended. up costing my parents. eighty dollars.more. If Michael isn’t there, keep walking.
