Worst service. First off when I tried to sign up with them, they said my DL was ties to someone with the same name name in Massachusetts. I called the other insurance company that was in question and they couldn’t find anything. This went on for two weeks. Then every month for the first 6 months of my policy, I was assured I was on automatic payments. Every month I would get a letter saying I didn’t pay and they would cancel my policy.
I’ve never seen Doug in my life and Joe doesn’t really seem like he wants to help. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
