I have had my belongings stored in one of their units for several years and am very satisfied with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. In my experience they have very reasonable pricing as well. Due to an emergency I had to obtain a storage unit that was lass than half of what I have at Downtown Self Storage and I ended up having to pay the same amount for far less space.
As I said earlier, the staff is always friendly and courteous and are always happy and eager to help out.

They are very helpful and will go the extra mile for you. I went here with my mom and we had just got one storage and then realize a couple days later that we need two storages. They showed us our options and made sure the units were as close together as can be. He helped us get a cart to unload and made sure we were satisfied! The guy that was there always seem happy and like he loved his job! The place is very clean too!

I am typing up this review after working with the team here for my employer. The facility is a little hard to find but after I figured out the Entrance versus the Exit I found it easier to go to. The rates are reasonable but some of the facility is uncovered so I do recommend getting insurance. We had one of the covered, under the freeway pass lockers and it worked for us as we had lots of documents from previous years.
The staff is the best being efficient, kind, professional and explaining all the details to me as I had just started and was unfamiliar with their process. If you need some extra storage and do not need a whole house to store in… come here.

Love this place… easy access gated for security purposes. Other than the shady drug deals that happen just outside this place is #1… Great staff and great prices… great location too… hard to get too but its so close to sjsu it makes life super easy.
