Like another person, our home warranty company assigned us this company. I was hopeful that our experience would be better, but as you can see… it was not. We were told that a technician would be out to inspect our non-working furnace between 9am and 1pm. At 12 they called and said they were running late, and now it would be 1−3pm. Guess what time the guy showed up? 4:45pm. He went out and tinkered with our furnace for about 30 minutes, came back, and said he would have to order a part. Oookay. I asked how long it would be. He replied TWOWEEKS. Are you kidding me?! We have two small children at home and it’s getting very cold at night. When I asked why so long, he gave some weak-sauce explanation about insurance. I had no idea what he was talking about and decided it wasn’t worth my time. We will NOT be using them for the repair. Seriously bad.

After seeing all these reviews, I was really afraid when my home insurance assigned me this company to fix my furnace. I called them, and the guy was at my house n two hours — in the exact window they suggested. He was quiet, polite, and quick — Rafael replaced a control board, and I was back with heating on. It was great after several freezing nights with the kids huddled with me in bed. In fact, the electrical switch for the furnace also wasn’t working, and instead of referring me to another shop, he said that a guy would be back to replace at no cost(since it’s part of the same claim). I was very happy with their service.

Was appalled at the massive parts overcharging on their job. Their parts charges on their work order were way marked-up for xtra revenue. Please beware.

I was in a shock when my ducts were cleaned for $ 69. Amazon Local had a deal on duct cleaning and my ducts were never cleaned. To my amazement I did not have to pay any extra money. They were on time and and all ducts were brushed and cleaned.

Tried to use my Groupon deal. Was given a window from 8 — 10:30a. Get a call at 10:45 saying they were running 30 minutes late. That’s fine. No show at noon. Call them and they say they’ll be here in 20 minutes. Still a no show at 1pm. Called and cancelled. What a waste of a day.
