Elite Ballroom Studio

First start with any customer is calling the business when you cant find the information your looking for online, its unfortunate they lack big time in that department. First time took them 3 days, second time took them almost a week. If they pick up, getting a call back will take a few days. I hate leaving bad reviews and rarely do but this has been frustrating so i felt it was called for.

This studio is great! Although I have never taken a class here I can attest that it has ample room for dancing! Also, it is a great venue for private dance parties (which was my case). Desiree was great in facilitating the venue for me. We met onsite three times. First to check the location out, second time the day before the party to walk through instructions & the third time a day or so after the party. She was flexible and accommodating. The venue itself is awesome. It fits about 300 max. It has a lot to offer, a women’s powder room (essential when you’re dancing!) to freshen up and avoid long bathroom lines. Two other smaller rooms that can be used as pleased and the cute Spanish style patio to cool off. The lighting and painted mural in the back gives the place a cool feel! It’s def a hidden gem on the block. Parking is a struggle, the place does not have parking– street parking only. All in all, this place is great. I will definitely keep it in mind for future use.

While in town for a film shoot were we able to connect with Desiree directly who was wonderful in not only being open to us renting a space to film in such a short amount of time, but allowed us to render payment onsite due to the short timeline. When we arrived on Thursday evening, there was a small hiccup with electricity, but Linda the manager and Desiree worked quickly to help resolve the issue and even allowed us to film briefly without being charged due to the inconvenience. We were so grateful of their time, consideration, and professionalism — And would highly recommend their studio.

Was in this place last night and really like it. Great floor, large room, friendly people. But parking can be challenging for a big party

Joe’s Zumba class on Monday nights is AWESOME. Students and staff are friendly and the place is ON FIRE.
Parking is a challenge but, as of this writing, they are working with the city to get permission to park in the lot next door. Until that happens, be sure to park on Lincoln or Park Avenue itself and don’t block driveways.

I used to take dance classes at this studio until the manager went crazy one night and kicked everyone out without refund. How unprofessional and rude! Until the owners find a new manager I wouldn’t try to schedule your dance classes here. Not only is there construction going on during dance classes (like in the small studio you are supposed to be using), you also get verbally abused if you mention it.

I’ve only used this venue for parties, but it’s amazing. Great customer service – Desiree is very flexible and helpful. We threw a surprise party for our friend, and it was amazing. This is the perfect place for a birthday party, anniversary celebration, wedding reception, etc. I love that there are different spaces withing the studio – we set up a corn toss game in one room, and had another room off the side for chatting and relaxing.
Dance floor is great – the mirrors are a fun addition. Great lighting and sound systems. One of these days I will have to get in there and take a dance class!

I bought a Groupon for 4 Zumba classes for $ 20. I will admit that I was intimidated, but my friend was going and I need to break out of my awkward turtle shell.
I have been to 2 classes so far and they have been amazing. First off, there wasn’t any professionals there besides the teacher so I was more comfortable with that. All of the ladies there were from all shapes, sizes, and ages so it was very nice to see everyone there.
We have had 2 different teachers so far. They have been so fun and do the whole routine with a smile on their faces! That is some talent there. I have really enjoyed my work outs here and I cannot wait to go again on Tuesday. Dancing really is the best form of exercise. I always leave there smiling :)

this is the worst studio ever and the owner is a cheat… I and another couple with me bought the groupon for this studio… the studio cancelled 3 classes without informing us and we found out that the class is cancelled only after reaching the studio… they dont bother to inform you and just cheat you out of your money… please beware of this studio… its just the worst ever!!!

This place is a WOW. By far the most beautiful ballroom dance space in the area. Two dance floors, lounges and even a posh powder room. Seriously. I hear they even host weddings here.
Now, I’m not the best dancer, but the ambiance here is such that the incredibly talented dancers around me don’t make me feel out of place. And the instructors give me just as much time and respect. They are personable and fun, but totally professional, too. I love this place and will keep going back for those Friday night parties!
Oh and they have a day care area set up in the back there, too for dancing mums and dads.
