I was very impressed with Elizabeth Shutters. After getting previous quotes, they had the best prices. Debbie, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and patient. Oscar the installer was so professional. He even helped me fix several other issues around my house not related to the shutters. The shutters look beautiful on my bay window and I already called them back to get other windows done.

This review is for a rental property that we have in San Jose. We have had Elizabeth Shutters do work for us on our property in LA and we had a great experience. So whe we needed shutters for our rental we had them do the work. They were easy to work with even though we were not up in northern California. They took the time to send us photos and pricing so that we could make a decision. The installation had an issue with some fitting but they fixed the problem before they completed and we were happy with the final outcome. WE have used them before and we will use them again.

I added shutters to match some that I had in my house already. The salesperson measured and made notes of design details. Color matching was important, so I paid $ 100 for their custom color service.
When shutters were installed, color didn’t match, plus a number of the shutters are too small to cover the window area, leading to light leakage. To top it off, I had to ask the installer to touch up the nail holes, as asked me to sign off on this without him finishing that work.
Contacted the company about these issues, the salesperson came out and asked what I wanted done. Told her I wanted the color and size issue corrected and never heard from them again.
