Estela is a beautiful person inside and out with a women owned start-up based in San Jose! I have had the pleasure of eating her catering at several events. Her tamales are rich and flavorful. If I recall right she’s from Vera Cruz, so she uses a plantain leaf instead of a corn husk, which capture all of the jucies from the meat into the masa. She also does beautiful fruit arrangements that are bigger and better than Edible Arrangements for half the cost.
