We use Eviction Service Center for all of our unlawful detainers. They are friendly and provide timely updates throughout the process. Anne Michelle and Jennifer are great, and if you have to go to the courthouse Dan takes care of business!

To say the least, they are not very good at communicating with you. You actually have to follow up with them, which is irritating because we pay the fees, and expect them to follow up with us when actions need to be taken.
It has been several months, and the tenant is still occupying the property, not paying rent. Pretty ridiculous how our judicial system works.
I understand the legal system is dreadfully lengthy, but at LEAST COMMUNICATE with you clients better. Give them a peace of mind that their case is being tracked and they are being informed when something happens/action needs to be taken.
Is annoying when you pay ppl and how to tell them what to do or figure out on your own what to do.

We are so happy with this company. They have taken a very difficult tenant situation for us and made it bearable. They have taken our eviction problem from start to finish seamlessly. And, we feel so much more secure knowing that we have Eviction Service Center on our side, and that everything has been handled correctly, which is so important. And, they have stayed in constant contact with us, letting us know exactly what is happening, and assisting us with what to do next.

My family owns a Commercial Real Estate Company and a few Neighborhood Centers. We try to avoid evictions when possible, but recently we had to evict a very difficult, uncooperative tenant. This was the first time we used Eviction Service Center and they were fast, competent, and above all else timely and professional. Also their costs and processing time was much more effective and cheaper than anyone else we used in the past, including our own lawyer, who did not have the time to do a small eviction.
These guys are great! We will definitely use them again, the next time we need to do a commercial retail eviction.
