Eye To Eye Optometry

I would have given ½ star if possible.
We have insurance and the place took the money fist, promise to reimburse but did not follow through. It took more than 6 month and as my wife told me about the issue, I called and all they said was. sorry.
Why do I have to call and follow up with them? It is not my job. I complained to the optometrist that the office DID NOT do their job, and it is only then, they pay attention.
I admit their designer frame selection is better than Focus Optometry, but Focus is way ahead of Eye to Eye in term of service.
My wife found a frame and planned to do progressive lens at this place, but as always, we ask for breakdown of the price. I think they should know better than customers nowadays are well informed, and have options to go any place, order online, costco .

I understand optometrists do not make money from the eye exam. In fact, they make a killing on the frames and lens, but they have to understand that customers do have choice, and will ask for price breakdown and scrutinize the charges.
My daughter and I did eye exam at Focus but since we could not find the designer frame we like, we do shop around and hope can find something we like at Eye to Eye.
This place refused to do business with me, siting I am a difficult customer, did not believe in them, albeit they are in business for 12 years.
Well, I am not sure why they last that long, but believe me, there are many many better places than this office. Very unprofessional.

Came here weeks ago to get my lenses for astigmatism. Even if we went a couple of minutes before closing they were still accommodating and we weren’t rushed. I got the pair I wanted and was told to wait for 5 — 10 (office) days for pick up.
Today I picked up my glasses, it was loose so they made adjustments to it. There was a problem with the case so they let me choose which one i liked. However they forgot to give me my wiping cloth that is why I took out one star.
They got a variety of designer glasses and some of them are on sale. The ladies are nice and one seem to know more than the other. I was looking at sunglasses too but no one asked me if I am interested so I left. Oh well…
