Factory Direct Carpets

My wife and I had purchased a new home and were referred to factory direct carpets by our real estate agent for some work we needed to have done. We had a great experience working them. We were extremely busy at the time and Bill was very helpful in setting up a time to meet us at our old address that was convenient for us in between everything else that needed to be done. We got a great deal on our carpet and our carpeter Greg was able to do the job in the following week! Greg did an absolutely fantastic job setting up the carpet with no issues to worry about throughout the process. We’re extremely happy with how it all turned out!

Factory Direct was recommended by my property manager. The sewer overflowed into house, so among other things we had to get a new carpet. So I went to Factory Direct at her recommendation. Bill, the owner, was very friendly and greeted me as I was being helped by Adam. Both of them were friendly and very informative. Needless to say we kept having to push back our date to install because of the other work on the place. They were really nice about it and kept saying don’t worry, we will be ready when you are ready! I had such a great experience with them, I asked them to do our kitchen floor as well. They did an awesome job on both the carpet and the vinyl. Also, we ended up picking a ‘higher end’ carpet. They gave us a great price. I was curious about how much other carpet places cost and called a couple to compare. Factory Direct wascheaper by about $ 5 per sq yd. If I ever needed any kind of flooring again, I would definitely go back!
