Very Satisfied. I used to do local yellow pages directory advertising with these folks, then I got their new San Jose internet marketing package and my sales have almost doubled in little over six months.

If there’s a negative star the I would selected it. It started out as a professional place and a business that doing what they advertised. Then all of the sudden they screwed up your account and disappeared, no where to be found or reach. We just couldn’t believe that it would happend to us after 4yrs doing business with them. After weeks of frustration, we got an email from them telling us that they had sold the business and no longer affiliate w/the business name… WTF!!! I wish you will get screw up in everything you do… just like you screwed up our business and others. :/

My faith has been completely restored. I met with one of the editors to discuss this issue and they stopped the presses, addressed all my concerns, and reformatted the issue from front to back. In addition, they redesigned the front cover as well, and I can now say that I’m proud to be a part of the fall/winter 2011 South Bay Bridal guide. The guide is now soft, light and airy. A perfect combination for a now appropriate and beautiful bridal guide. I’m thrilled that they were able to take the time and really listen to what I had to say and actually do something about it. Can’t wait to be a part of this guide again in the future!

I have been working with Samantha on an ad for South Bay Bridal and on possibly have them redesign my website. Samantha has been excellent at answering questions, following up, and going beyond just the basic sales. She researched detailed answers to questions and has really instilled a sense of trust. I feel comfortable working with this company and I look forward to the final product.
