First American Title

I went there to drop off some document and person I suppose to meet she wasn’t there but other staff was so courteous to help me leaving important documents.

First American Title Company is my preferred title/​escrow company for all real estate transactions, and this is my favorite First American Title branch!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with many of the team members of this branch, but I absolutely adore working with Angie Park. Over the years and working with multiple real estate companies, I’ve worked with TOO MANY escrow officers and escrow/​title companies… no one compares to Angie!
Angie is so efficient, responds quickly, is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the real estate transaction (in fact, when there is something we are unsure about, we just ask Angie, and she points us in the right direction), is wonderfully personable, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Even though escrow officers typically have a 9 – 5 job, Angie goes way beyond 9 – 5 and has even gone in early or stayed much later to help us complete our files and close transactions.
I am a short sale processor and have completed files for multiple offices. For some reason, we get many crazy and complex files (including sellers in comas, multiple buyers, multiple liens, super close foreclosure sales dates, crazy HELOCs, and many other complications), and Angie and I have been able to hit them all out of the park, for the most part.
Further, I have had many escrows that were not able to close at other escrow companies with other escrow officers due to bad prelim reports, bad title checks, or ridiculous title insurance guidelines/​etc., but First American and Angie has managed to close them for us with her expertise and help!
However, all the escrow officers and escrow assistants at this branch have gone out of their way to help us on our files, and they are always there to answer our questions or respond to our requests. Fantastic.
Thank you for everything. Can’t wait to have more escrows for this office and for Angie!
