Flatliners is a bbq focused food stand that focuses on bbq ribs. They do sliders, sandwiches, racks etc. I went for the four cheese, bacon and baby back sandwich. It’s a lot of carne and cheese for one sandwich. THe bbq sauce tempers it a bit. I think it needed to be grilled a little bit more to be hotter, since there’s so much cheese. But it is a tasty over the top sandwich.
