Some workers are rude. I called to check if they had an item I wanted and I didn’t even finish my sentence when the lady who answered the phone said «no» very rudely.
I guess they need new staff members…

I had bought my boyfriend sweat pants at the foot locker at Valleyfair. Turns out that he didn’t like them so we went to this foot locker to return. The associate that helped said «why didn’t you return these where you bought them?» I’m sorry, do they deduct your pay per every return you have? Or is there a policy that I am unaware of that the items must be returned at the location you bought it from?
No wonder why Shoe Palace is taking over. Although they hire aggressive sales associates, they get the job done professionally.

Horrible selection very high prices. There’s a kids section even though there is a kida footlocker in the middle of the mall. Prices are very high. Nobody acknowledged me. It’s really bad when a Champs store has more shoes than you!
