If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Every time I call there is no answer. There’s no way to leave a message or get an appointment unless you call over 10 times then hopefully someone finally answers. Appointments are usually 2 to 3 weeks away from the day you call which is very inconvenient if you need help ASAP. I had a Russian doctor named «Zlatanova Tzvetanka». I have had severe knee pains for over 6 years now and I have no clue what it is. I am an athlete and have pains everyday even though I don’t excessively work out or workout every day. The pain is getting worse and still no one answers.
The good thing about her is she ran an x Ray and MRI for me which I’m glad she did. She couldn’t find anything in them which I understand if you can’t find anything ok, but she had the NERVE to REPEATEDLY tell me «well you’re going to have to deal with your imaginary pain» WTF how dare you! This hospital and its staff are rude and don’t take patients seriously at all.

This place claims to be open. You get their and their is a receptionist at the desk but a sign at the door claiming their close to several days. So I call to make an appointment today 9÷12÷14 and they claim they can’t see me till 9÷22÷14 and if I want a morning appointment they can’t see me till 10÷1÷14 that’s over 2 weeks. So I changed my doctor ASAP. There is a lot of constriction going on here and parking sucks. Their is stairs to handicap people be sure to have help. I would it come here ever again if I could give this place «zero» stars I would.
