Even though they were not able to fix my broken iPad and refunded my purchase, it’s their honesty and professionalism that is praise-​worthy!

When I looked on Unilocal and found not ONE on-​site computer support business, I thought it was high time I Unilocal for GEEK911. Robert Sarkes, the self-​proclaimed «Chief Geek» is a wizard with the computer. He does house calls in his GEEK911 ambulance for a REASONABLE fee and can fix most problems right on site. He’s professional, punctual, and nothing short of brilliant!!!
Taking the computer in for service rivals the inconvenience and uncertainty of taking your car in. The idea of having to unplug it from that tangle of wires under your desk, lug it in, wait in line to drop it off, then spend the next several hours in the dark about the problem and what it will cost you… in addition to the idea of being without your computer, even for a day, is just paralyzing, isn’t it? Seriously, if you can actually speak to the technician, you still have no idea whether he knows what he’s doing. Could you understand him anyway? Haha! Probably NOT! You’ll just pay for whatever he says you need to, so you can have it back asap, right?
Never fear!!! Chief Geek is here in the GEEK911 ambulance! When that car is in your driveway, you know you and your computer are being taken care of. I am so grateful to know Robert and to be able to leverage him as my on-​call resource for computer problems & questions.
