Love love love get fit camp, Chris makes it fun and works within your level. I’m recovering from knee replacement surgery and he’s able to work with what I can do. Chris your the best!

My husband and I have been training with Chris at GetFit Camp since January 2014. My husband had never been an exercise kind of guy, but Chris worked with us at our individual levels and has won us both over. Chris is attentive to our unique levels/needs and modifies the workout with that in mind. He spends time working with each of us individually to help us improve in our weaker areas. He gives us exercise we can do at home to improve our workout in the gym. Chris is friendly and motivating. Even though the workouts are hard, he makes them fun. Both my husband and I have seen big gains in our fitness levels and functional strength.

I’ve been training with Chris at Get FitCamp since July 2013. I’ve been in and out of exercise for years, and finally decided I wanted to be more serious about upping my game. I hate running(seriously, I only want to ever run away from bears and other creatures in the dark) and have never really been one for any of the fad workout programs. Chris focuses on CrossFit-style workouts. Each session is one hour, and includes warm up, skill work, strength and then your Workout of the Day(WOD). This killer part of the workout is usually 7 – 12 minutes. Even I can do anything hardcore for 10 minutes! Chris is knowledgeable and passionate about helping his clients reach their goals. He’s also super fun. And on the rare occasion I’m having a really bad day, he encourages me to push through, but doesn’t shame me for just being off and grumpy. Thank goodness, because sometimes a girl just wants to be a grump. The strength gains I’ve made are noticeable and awesome. Who knew I’d enjoy Olympic Lifts? I really enjoy the other people I get to train with, too. Classes are small, and you get to know the other people who belong to the gym. There are many high fives and cheering on of friends. It’s a super supportive group. Also, Fridays are 80s rock days. What more could you want? Contact Chris for times and location.
