Gibson Appraisals

Young guy. One can appreciate youth, but not when youth thinks they know it all but they know so little. In our situation, the comparatives were very poor comparatives. Like comparing watermelon to asparagus– just not a comparison. We had an engineer out for measurements the day before he came and it took about 1.5 hours to measure every nook and cranny for an extensive remodel. We offered his measurements and Luke said no, he had to do it himself and he was done in about 10 minutes! Needless to say we were unhappy with the low appraisal, but it made no difference in our case due to pleanty of equity. Luke has no idea what he does not know because he is too sure of himself to listen. I have been in real estate for 22 years and I would not use Gibson Appraisal.

Very professional and courteous. My appraisal value came in higher than I was expecting. I needed an appraisal on two pieces of property and received discount. I would recommend using this company.
