Dr Green is a great doctor. Very professional and likable. Has a style that puts you st ease right away. I highly recomwnd him.

I went to Dr. Green for years but finally could not take the rudeness of his staff. They make mistakes and then the patient is held accountable with the insurance companies. In my case I called in advance and spoke with the person handling the insurance claims and wanted to have approval; for I had changed insurance companies. Gave all the information and she said she would call back. Finally I got in touch with her and she said that it was all approved. The appointment was made. On the day of appointment all tests were completed and I left, got results and then weeks later received the large bill for services and tests. Upon calling I was informed that the insurance wouldn’t pay. For months I fought these claims and finally was in formed that the person at Dr. Green’s office who approved the appointment with Dr. Green was no longer there. Since then, I have asked, begged and then demanded to speak directly with Dr. Green, I was denied, hung up on and rudely treated each time. Dr. Green is a very good doctor, it is too bad and tragic that he can not control his staff and hold them accountable for their mistakes and bad attitude!!! It goes without saying that his office could be voted as having the most incompetent, rude and totally unprofessional medical staff around.
It’s sad that his staff thinks they can treat patients this way at the sake of giving a good doctor this type of review, they all should be fired!!!

Dr Green is great! His office can be a little frustrating to deal with on the phone, but he is worth it. Thorough, helpful, friendly. My husband was a «No-​Doc» kind of guy until he needed by-​pass surgery, and Dr Green saw to it that he got immediate attention from an excellent surgeon. He provides excellent follow-​up care.
