Lived here from 2006 – 2007. Got the 2nd floor 1 bedroom, was cozy but I was fine with that, living alone, I could fit all my stuff in the apartment without alot of overflow. I didn’t have a dishwasher or disposal but it wasnt a huge deal. theres a fan in the bedroom and living room which was great for airflow in the hot summertime. The apartment complex itself is cozy and homey feeling, no loud noisey people while I was there and management was easy to talk to and get fixes done around the apartment.

Lived here for 6 months now. All in all a great experience. Manager is nice and available and parking is easy. Pool is great as it starts to heat up. Also the trees in the center driveway give a nice homey feel. Neighbors seem nice tho I haven’t gotten to know any of them well. Two downsides are relatively thin walls; not a problem for me as I have quiet neighbors but something to consider. Also, rent is a little high at 1100 but I think that is more just a factor of living in Cali:/

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!, where do I begin with this apartment complex. I lived here for several years. Within that time span there were two murders. High traffic in and out like neighbors were doing/selling drugs it was brought to the managers attention and he did absolutely nothing. They apartments are very small and super noisy. You can hear everything and the apartments are not well kept. Parking is limited and the laundhary room is small and not well kept. The worst part of this apartment complex is the onsite manager Chris. He is rude, unresponsive, and shady. He does nothing, I mean nothing. I’m not exactly sure why they have a manager. He has no social skills, he’s super unprofessional. Thankfully I was living their month to month and after the last homicide I put in my notice. This is how bad this place is… After the last murder… the manager let one of the suspects still live there!!! Omfg! If you are looking for a decent safe place to live… this is not the place. They do not screen their applicants well and ignore all signs of trouble. Oh, and let’s not forget the deposit return once you leave… Chris, will do everything in his power to NOT return your deposit. I had to fight tooth and nail to get mine back. Please never consider this apartment complex as it is simply not safe. Multiple break ins, homicides, and women being attacked. For your and your families safety AVOID! this place like the plague.

I enjoyed the stay here because it was smaller, and the neighbors were nice once you got to know them(I would recommend taking time in the laundry room to say hi to anyone who walks in… otherwise, it’s hard to see anyone without going up to their door). The apartments are like an old hotel. I swam in the pool a lot. The manager is always available, whether by knocking on the door or calling. It was also very quiet, with no sound at night. There were no kids there, which was kind of interesting. It’s close to SCU, and you can take two buses downtown(the 22 and 81… the 81 is half a block away, the 22 about four blocks to the Alameda). It’s also easy to get to the 880.
