Friday night was the second time I’ve had the privilege of experiencing these masters of glam! My husband’s company has had the Crew there for two separate employee events. The first was a futuristic party back in December. I was made-​over with gorgeous feather lashes and amazingly-​cool makeup touches. This last event was an 80s theme and both my young daughters and I were done up by the Guru Glam Crew. We got many compliments throughout the night and now my girls are pretty obsessed with makeup. ;) The ladies were total pros at both events — experienced, friendly and fun. They asked me what my preferences were and then expertly applied makeup and even touched up my hair (I’m not so gifted in either department so it was certainly a relief). My photos turned out magnificent thanks to the GuruGlam Crew’s glitzy gifts of beautification.

I have been going to Laura (the owner) for color and hair extensions for 5 years now. I have recommended her to all my colleagues and friends. SHE IS THE BEST! I am so picky and particular and Laura gets it perfect every single time. I travel for business all the time and Laura always accommodates me. I love how she cuts, colors and styles my hair and she is an expert when it comes to extensions. This last time I had my extensions for 8 months and none fell out. Laura has also done my makeup and did an amazing job. She is so friendly and fun to talk to and definitely the BEST at all she does. I highly recommend her!

Laura McDonnell: I went to Laura for hair and makeup for a photo shoot. She gave me just the look I was going for. She has a way of knowing exactly what you want. When I arrived at my photo shoot the venue was extremely hot. My makeup did not budge. The look stayed fresh all day long. I plan on using her for my next one.

The owner, Laura, gives me the best haircuts! She listens to what style I want and gives me input for my hair type. I am always treated as if I’m her only customer. She truly enjoys what she does and strives to make her clients look and feel their best.

Guru Glam Crew is awesome! I am a perfectionist and like my hair and makeup a perfect. I don’t like people near my eyes with objects. I’m weird that way. So having someone do my makeup is not my favorite. I’d rather do it myself. However, I felt totally comfortable with Guru Glam Crew. And yes Laura of Guru Glam Crew is totally up to my perfectionist standards. She kept me looking great the entire time. Aside from awesome makeup & hair, Guru Glam Crew is nothing but professional. Guru Glam Crew went above and beyond my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Guru Glam Crew again without a doubt. Events, photo shoots, when you want to look great all day, all night, Guru Glam Crew is who you should use.
Guru Glam Crew did the makeup for a couple of my friends weddings recently and they looked flawless. Guru Glam Crew is professional, fun and does great work. It’s hard to find a company nowadays that knows what customer service is and Guru Glam Crew truly knows what customer service means.

Laura is fabulous! I was on the hunt for a new hairdresser as my previous one had disappointed me one too many times. A friend suggested I go to Laura for my color and cut. At first I was hesitant, as I am extremely picky about my hair. (As I am sure most us women are, though I tend to be a little OCD about it.) But because my friend’s hair looks really good, and she insisted that I wouldn’t be disappointed, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with Laura.
I was not disappointed! In fact, very happy and satisfied. Laura is not only pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to, she also understands what I want done with my hair and delivers. I have gotten countless compliments from friends, co-​workers and random strangers on how nice my cut and color are. All thanks to Laura!
I have now been to her numerous times and will continue going to her.

I met Laura through my photographer and she came to my house to do my make up for a fun engagement photo shoot. As a former make-​up artist, I am very particular about how someone does my make-​up, particularly my eyes since I am Asian and it’s hit or miss finding someone how to apply eye make-​up in a flattering way. I kept an open mind since I did not want to deal with my own make-​up on this particular day. Laura did not disappoint. She paid attention to detail and applied my make-​up perfectly. I was sooo grateful for her. She did a wonderful job on my make-​up and applied false lashes, giving me a little bit more pop! Additionally, she stayed and helped out so much during the photo shoot, going above and beyond my expectations of her. She helped to help stage things, arrange props and assist the photographer. I was so thankful and impressed with her. She was a total asset that day and I would recommend her to anyone! I will definitely look to Laura again in the future to perform my make-​up needs. I have not had her do my hair but will definitely give her a try at the earliest opportunity! Thank you again Laura!

The Owner, Laura McDonnell has done my Great Length hair extensions for years. She is a perfectionist and that’s the only way I roll. I have always been extremely picky, and never able to find someone that can live up to my high standards every time services are done. The convenience for me is amazing, her and her crew will travel and be on site for any need or want I have. Everytime she and her crew are point and in time that’s crucial for me. I have been spoiled and could never go back to having it any other way! My extensions are always put in perfectly, and the hair is the best out there! My hair color is on point. I have now become addicted to having my makeup and eyebrows done regularly, I think I’m planning more events just for her and her crew, lol. I’m going to Bora Bora, I will be flying her and her crew out for my photo shoot. Girlfriend parties she hosts are a blast! Once you attain her services you will be glad you did, she will exceed any of your expectations you will have. Who knows you might just start having girlfriend parties!!, my schedule was always to busy and I’ve made it a point to manage to squeeze them in as often as I can. Life is short enjoy it and make sure all of your services are as fabulous as you are!!!
