We took two bedrooms and a bathroom and combined them into a master suite. We’d already purchased some of the materials and had work started by a friend as a side job, thinking we had a contractor lined up to finish it up after he recovered from surgery. He was not able to do the job and Jim stepped in. We really hit it lucky with this turn of events. He was able to work with what we had and take our ideas and vision and turn it into a beautiful finished product that exceeded our expectations. The subs he brought in were all great too. We had a few changes along the way and his pricing was always fair for all the additional items – we’ve heard horror stories about inflated prices for add ons with other contractors. He was also very helpful about taking care of things that weren’t part of the remodel. He was very flexible with his schedule and would meet us in the evenings as needed to discuss the project. We will definitely call him for any other work we need as well as heartily recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable contractor. In addition, he is a very nice person and a pleasure to deal with.

I had Jim come out and look at 1970, s bathroom with dryrot damage that i thought was beyond repair. He poked around a little bit(checking condition of wood) and said it would be no problem. He took the time to get into detail on what he could do with my bathroom, from braceing the floor installing stone on floor, walls, ceiling and turning my shower into a curbless walkthrough shower, to building me a costum vanity. He gave me a very fair price to completely take care of all carpentry, sheetrock, stone, tile, marble, electrical, plumbing. He also went out of his way to meet me at tile store to help me with matching tiles an stones… I give thumbs to Jim and his crew. The man does really know his stuff;;;;; thanks guys. ABOVEANDBEYOND
