Home Tech Plumbing Company is the best plumbing company that I have dealt with in the greater Sunnyvale area for the past 40 years. In this day when everything seems to be moving fast it was a pleasure dealing with the owner of Home Tech Plumbing Steve Beyer who was interested in not only the solution but in making a good solution for me the homeowner.
I asked Home Tech Plumbing to bid on a new sewer cleanout as the estimate that I had received seemed high to several people. Steve, surveyed the situation and said that he would put in a new cleanout for ¹⁄₁₀ of the other companies bid, but it would not solve the problem. We needed a new sewer line. Roots from our neighbors trees were destroying the existing sewer line which was about 50 years old.
I accepted Home Tech Plumbing’s bid for a new sewer line and he began the work. The new line was to come under the house and intercept the line from our second story addition built in the 1970’s and from there go out to the street. Steve ran into cement. I had forgotten that where he wanted to take the new sewer line used to be a front porch. Steve finished the job in spite of the porch, the fact he had to dig a full sewer trench, he had to pull permits and get inspections.
We liked Home Tech Plumbing’s work ethic so much that we asked them to install 3 new water saving toilets in our house — ie. replace all our toilets. Two of the new toilets were replaced within the first 7 to 10 days as Home Tech Plumbing felt they were not working properly and they were on warranty. Again, like his new sewer line Home Tech Plumbing stuck to it’s initial bid and did the job right.

I called on an emergency solar leak, by the time Steve was done we had our pool water filler and sprinklers fixed too. Thanks for telling me to put you to work! Perfect timing, a salesman came by while Steve was working on our sprinkler pipe and told a story about a plumber who totally gouged him! Steve would have done the job for alot less. I will be calling Steve back. And he was here before the expected time. Thanks Steve!
