Muy mal servicio tuve una emergencia y no tenian nada disponible a un que seas pasiente segun ellos alludan a la comunidad si claro a robales su dinero nunca mas vuelo a este dentista zero estrellas

Why does this place have 5 stars when they don’t care about there patients.
I’ve been coming here since I’ve been a child and have always been terrified of going to the dentist.
Walking into the office you always have the face of the practice which is Sonia !
Sonia was always nice to me and my family over the years, UNTIL just a few years ago. I don’t know who she thinks she is anymore but always gives an attitude to me and my sisters. My sister called to cancel a last minute appointment and she got so bothered. Like excuse you, but there’s times that people cannot be able to make something. It’s not your practice. For her working there for many years I feel like she feels like she owns the place for her to act how she does now. She shouldn’t be a receptions if she acts the way she does. She needs an attitude check!
Cynthia on the other hand, has never changed one bit. Always acknowledges me and my family when in the office. Is super nice and sweet how she always has been. Probably having the worst day of her life and still has a great smile on her face. Why? Because she works in a business where patients come first and knows how to take care of them.
Now, being seated is another story!
As Dr. Nguyen is incredible at what she does. It is impossible to get her to see you. She is not harsh when working with you. Takes her time and does not hurt you. Explains what she will be doing and how. I love her! She’s great. But hard to get your appointment with her.
Ive been attended by another doctor that I cannot stand when she attends me because I’m always in pain. Even when doing my cleaning!
Dr. Granizo I have never once met or seen or been attended by him. Is there even a dr. granizo? If he cares about his practice he should care about his patients
Over all. They renewd there office which looks nice. Doesn’t help that they have Sonia with her bad ass attitude up in the front.
SOME staff is nice.
But from now on I will be going to another dentist who will treat me better from walking into the door to making my next appointment when I walk out.

The previous review sums it up pretty well. I also have Dr. Nguyen. My brother referred me to this dentist after even with Delta a deep clean was costing me nearly 500. Things went a lot better here. Just thought to leave a Unilocal since I’ll be going again soon.

Who can say they LOVE their dentist? ME!!!
The name on the door is Dr. Granizo, but this place is all about Dr. Nguyen. She is the best ever. So friendly, so gentle and SO BEAUTIFUL. She is very professional, explains everything to you before she does anything to your teeth and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. No hidden costs and the best part about it is they did not charge me anything even though my insurance would not cover the whole bill.
I moved here from Los Angeles and was worried about trying a new dentist, but Dr. Nguyen made all of my fears disappear after just one visit. I will not go to any other dentist in San Jose.
