ICR Construction

Folks that I can rely for home improvement. I contacted Thomas Rodarte on Thumbstack and he was quick in responding. He quickly gave an estimate based on the inspection report and reported on time and finished the work to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend ICR construction for you home needs. They have a very positive outlook and very professional and cordial.

Tom’s company has painted the outside of our home, removed our popcorn ceiling, painted and textured the ceiling, installed crown molding, installed a dishwasher, and repaired some plumbing. The jobs were all well done. He was always on schedule, the quoted price was what we paid, and his employees were professionals. He is a kind and honest man who will give you a fair price.

I decided to go move forward on my Fiberon deck project at my condo patio. Out of the 3 proposals that I received, I went with with ICR due to finding them competitive on price, but most important to me, the clear communication, professionalism and quick responsiveness used throughout the pre-​sales process. Tom at ICR put a business contract together which discussed the project in detail, a visual picture of the project, timelines promised, as well as payments exchanged throughout the life of the project. I am more than happy with the results. This was not a simple deck design request. There were no disconnects between Tom and I throughout the project, since Tom clearly defined the scope of the project before the work. Tom completed the project within the timeline stated in the contract and even went beyond by offering and changing the wheels of both the patio and screen door for only the cost of materials. If you want someone that takes pride in his work, thorough, and follows up with you in a timely manner throughout the project, go with Tom.

I had to get the office TI’s done, fast, i couldnt find anyone to do it in the time i wanted it done. ICR offerd to get it done, well they did, however, watch out for hidden charges. I had gotten the sink and cabinet moved, so they moved it, there was a bucket system in there and i was asked if i wanted that removed, i didnt care for the bucket i just wanted for the sink to work and they said they could remove it, so i agreed, not knowing it would leave a hole in there. so instead of putting something to fill up the hole and make it functional they left it the way it was, a hole in the cabinet. The faucets never leaked before, after moving it, it leaks the guy came in to fix it and wants a house call fee for something that should have been fixed to begin with. It still leaks but i wouldnt bother calling him back and deal with the headache. They messed with the tiles on the ceiling and he wants extra charge for it since he had to fix that. Also, most contractors pass on the savings to their clients, this guy even wants a cut in the professional price.
