I can’t get ahold of anybody in the office. They won’t return voicemails, and I’ve called several times. This is the BILLING department! You’d think they would want to get paid!

Amazing Service, for my children’s orthodontic needs. After going to 3 different orthodontists and kind of feeling that fake used car salesman feeling, this place had a totally different feel. They were real, down to earth, and kid friendly and they are thorough with the treatment plan! And honest! My older daughter wasn’t quite ready for braces for another year or so, so I appreiciate their honesty. They could’ve easily taken my money now but instead waited until the time is right. My older son did need treatment right away and we are so pleased with the service here. Dr Chiang and his associate have been awesome. I didn’t get that «sales pitch» feeling I did with the other orthodontists. Thanks for making my family feel comfortable

When I first started my ortho treatment this office was still under Dr. Nettleman and Dr. Wesley Chiang.
I was referred by Dr. Shimizu and the lady that went over my pricing was really nice.
My first experience was a little uneasy. I was seen by the technician and she basically said «i’ve never done this before» many times as I lay on the chair to the orthodontist, so when I was under Dr. Chiang’s care it was more reassuring. I was on time the first time and had to wait almost 45 mins till I was taken care of, Dr. Chiang was aware of this and he gave me a $ 20 red lobster gift card to make up for it.
The second time I went in, I made an appointment at 8:00 am and the door was locked! I thought I made a mistake and I forgot my phone that day, so I went home to call and found out they forgot to unlock the door.
After those not so good experiences, here goes the reason for 4 stars.
My bracket fell off and I was new to braces, I was freaking out. I emailed Dr. Chiang an he reassured me it was ok, instant email back. I called Jessica thinking it was a emergency and she told me to come in the next day to take care of it. Great.
I had to get cleanings and Jessica has helped me with majority of my wire removals and even fittings. She is really great and nice and answers all you questions. She has really good skills. She never slips or pokes you and always takes care of you and ensures your comfort. She really cares for her patients.
There is another technician that has curly blonde hair and she was so clumsy and took for ever for my fitting. Make sure you get Jessica if possible, she is the best.
