David came out and spent three hours going over (and under) the house.
He was really friendly and had a good sense of humor. The report that he gave us was comprehensive, with good, clear photos of problem areas.
We have an indoor-​only kitty and he was careful to make sure that the cat didn’t escape through any «trap doors» that he opened.
It was because of his report that we decided to get our house fumigated for termites.
I think every homeowner should have an inspection done on their house… the same company found a few things in my Mother-in-Law’s house that needed to be taken care of (she would have never known without a trained eye).

Our agent recommended Kim for the inspection. She was able to find issues not identified in the buyer’s inspection report. We are very satisfied with the work done. :)

A very poor job on the inspection completed for us this summer. Several major issues were missed, and it was clear that the inspector was too lazy to fully enter the crawl space or attic. For instance he missed that a shower drain was un-​connected and emptying into the dirt! Do not use these people, it is a complete waste of money.
I followed up with an email to Kim Herrera on this subject, and never even got the courtesy of a reply.

I did not have a good experience with them at all and I doubt that they are professionals. The real estate agent recommended me this company. Insight’s team came to check the place I was going to buy and they did not find anything, as soon as they left we decided to turn on air conditioner and it did not work! How is it possible not to notice that air conditioner does not work, I do not know. Anyway, this useless visit cost me $ 450 dollar. Don’t waste your money!
