My grandparents are in their 90s. I was at their home and heard the doorbell ring. We have a camera on our front door so we could see who was out there.
I walked out to open the door and 2 people ran off, literally, ran off.
They had stuck a pamphlet for Cambrian Real Estate with Intero Lincoln Avenue on the door.
WHY would you ring the doorbell if you were not going to be around when we opened it? It’s like doorbell ditching senior citizens. Horrible people. Horrible business practice. I would never give my business to them and I’m worried my grandparents will hurt themselves, rushing to the door, only to just see people run off after sticking a brochure in the door. Disgusting people

If you want to sell house, go with Farah! She will surprise you multiple offers and higher offer. I have sold many houses with her. She is a powerful negotiator, if any obstacles came up during the transaction, she always capable of finding the resolution, create a win-​win solution. Again, I enjoy so much working with her. She and her team are whom we need for doing real estate business.

Farah is great! She is very professional and she knows her business. Two years ago, she helped me sell one house. Last year she helped me buy another. He represented our interests very professionally, and fought and won battles for us that we didn’t even know happened until they were resolved. He was always suggesting ideas but clear that the decisions were ours to make. He was honest and straightforward at all times and a pleasure to do business with.
