I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by these guys! I was skeptical about whether or not they could repair my 42″ lcd tv that one day smoked and emitted an burn wire smell (thought the TV cabinet was going to catch on fire!) I have tried several different companies, including the manufacturer all telling me it could not be repaired under $ 800.00… Well for that I can buy a new one at this point. So, I contacted these guys in a last ditch effort before putting on the curb with a free sign. They came and picked it up (and it’s heavy), kept me posted, thought I’d never see the thing again and didn’t really care, then a few days later e-​mailed me to tell me they could fix it for $ 255.00 with a warranty and would deliver back to me free of charge. WOW! So, still skeptical I agreed and then waited 2 days. They contacted me again, scheduled the delivery and last night I watched TV in my bedroom! Voila! Great service, good prices, nice people. can’t say enough good things about these guys. It’s really hard to find good repair people who care about what they are doing and I feel these guys do care about the quality of work and their ability to repair at a reasonable price. Thanks very much and I will recommend you to everyone I know. ;0)

I used iTritek to pick up my broken LCD TV and they came all the way to my house in the Los Gatos hills to provide me with a free diagnosis! It turned out the screen was not repairable, but I’m glad I finally got to figure it out so I can get rid of it! Customer service was superb! Will definitely recommend them! I guess I can make some money for referring my friends…
