They were able to fix a zipper problem on my gym bag for only $ 8! They were able to send it out to be fixed. I was afraid that they were not going to be able to fix the zipper since it was so large. I am satisfied with the work done here. Would recommend you to come check them out.

I find this business very poorly ran. I have dropped off two dresses to get hemmed and both times have left with my receipt saying one price only to get a phone call 20 minutes later with a price much higher. The woman who works the front is very nice and seems like she gets this complaint quite often. They do a good job but ultimately I feel uncomfortable now dropping anything off because I know I’m gonna get a call changing the price on me.

I heard about this place through a friend who highly recommend it. I took my clothes for a dry clean service. I love the quick turn around time however I was really unhappy with the smell that the clothes had after I picked them up. It had a bad mold like smell. I aired out clothes over night hoping the smell would go over but it was still lingering on my clothes. I have been to several places where your clothes have a bit of chemical scents from the dry cleaning however this smell was bad and wouldn’t go over till I took it to another dry cleaner. Did anyone else have the same experience?

We miss this place! We moved away! They always had great customer service and prices. This was around the corner from our home and took my husband’s uniforms there weekly. They also did our comforters once. We felt they were very good about turn around time too!

Great and typically very fast cleaning. The customer service is wonderful as well, and the owner is always courteous. Although I was warned about some stains not being able to come out, clothing is typically cleaned completely. Even tougher stains become very hard to notice.

Every time I go to J&J’s it’s always a pleasure. The business owner, Joanne, is very friendly and courteous to her customers and always remembers me, even though I’ve only been there a few times. The prices there are quite reasonable and given that the business is the closest one to my home, it’s my go-​to place for any dry-​cleaning that I need done.

Hi business owner. I think you tried to contact me through a msg. I’ve read it and I don’t know how to respond to that. So I’ll leave a msg here. I am writing a review for the J & J cleaners located right across the Kaiser and next to the 24hour fitness. You said you don’t remember the incident and that’s probably you didn’t really care at all. I am very disappointed that you were trying to make my review as a fraud instead of apologizing. It’s too bad because You don’t know how to do your business.

Inspect your clothes before leaving. Good thing i did. I brought in a 2 white dress shirt for cleaning and press. Tell me how they managed to stain both shirts? And worse, they dont take responsibilty for what they did.
WORST CLEANER. They don’t deserve a star in my opinion.

The worst cleaners, quality service and Joanne the chinese owner is rude. Beware they ruin your clothes and wont take the blame.
