Jacquie is great! It took me years to find a stylist that I trusted after my former stylist passed away. She was recommended to me by my Sister. My first time with her was just for haircut and roots. Then I wanted to try going with Ombré color. I took her a pic and my hair came out better than the pic I took! Down side. Yes she is so good sometimes hard to get in right away. But I am loyal to her sometimes just have to wait or per-​schedule upkeep appointment before I leave. Extra kuddos: she is doing my goddaughters wedding party in a couple of weeks.

I wanted to update with some photos. The four pics are the same day w/​me in and outside to show how the color looks in both locations. Jacque is great – I brought her a pic of a random person I saw on TV and she matched the color. Amazing!

I went back to Jacquie on a recent trip– and was not disappointed one bit. My friends in Chicago who pay way, way up for their cuts, say she’s top notch, way, way underpriced, wish she was here, and will be intentionally needing haircuts next time they get to the Bay Area. Didn’t have enough time for color– next time for sure! I’ve downloaded pictures for you to see what she did for my 62 year old gray, thinning, hair.

I’ve been seeing Jacqueline for over a year now. I was in desperate search after moving away from my stylist in San Francisco. I had no idea who could do my Brazilian Blowouts.
I got in touch with Jacque and it was one of the best decisions. I’ve been with her for the last year and know my hair is in very good hands.

I’ve been going to Jacquie for over a year now. I highly recommend her for any of your hair cuts and other services. I’ve always had trouble finding someone who can work with my hair. It has way too much volume, curls and gets damaged easily. Jacquie is the only hair stylist who is willing to take the time to see how we can manage it. I’ve gone to her for a couple Brazilian Blowouts now and for haircuts. I’ve never left disappointed. I can’t imagine going to any other stylist to get the same care and concern. Her prices are extremely fair and will take the time to make sure you’re happy when you leave.
She’s provided me with the assurance I need to make sure that I not only have a great hairdresser, but also friend. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Let me just start by saying I will never go to anyone else for my hair needs. Jacquie is always so knowledgeable and has answers for all my questions! She works with me on my crazy schedule to find a time that will work for me. And she also goes above and beyond for her clients.
Her pricing is awesome! She doesn’t over charge for services like many stylists I have gone to before. And her work is amazing!
She always listens to what I want for my hair which is very important to me because many stylists I’ve gone to are notorious for not listening to what I want and doing what THEY want to my hair.
I go to Jacquie for a few things. The first is for color and she is so patient with me when I am choosing a color for my hair. I cannot for the life of me figure out what color I want my hair and she is always there and willing to help me figure out the hair color I like best!
I also go to her for my Brazilian blowouts. My hair was a curly mess before I went to Jacquie. She took the time to explain the process as well as other hair relaxers and helped me decide what process would be best for me. And now my hair looks amazing and is so much healthier than when I had to straighten everyday!
Last but not least I go to her for style and cut. Everyone knows there is nothing worse than a bad hair cut and I know I can trust Jacquie to give me the style I am looking for! I have never been disappointed with her work :)
Also love her studio! It is very unique because it’s nothing like a regular hair salon. She has her own private room where you aren’t bothered by other clients walking around and the usual hustle and bustle of a salon.
Being a hair dresser isn’t always the easiest job but you are great at what you do Jacquie! And unfortunately sometimes no matter what you do some people will never be satisfied… But those are few and far between so keep up the good work for those who appreciate it :) you can definitely trust Jacquie with your hair needs!

What can I say Jacquie is the best! I really appreciate that she listens to me and I always look forward to my appointment. I like to change it up with my hair and Jacquie is always game plus I love that she has fun ideas or styles for us to try out. Her salon space is so cute and I love that you get that one on one attention compared to a noisy salon. If you are looking for someone to really listen to you then I highly recommend seeing Jacquie.

Great studio very comfortable environment, made some great suggestions on products for my hair.
She is so fun to spend time with and she gives you the perfect cut. When she finishes you find you spent a few bucks to look like a million bucks.
With her fully equipped studio all you have to do is sit back and relax very comfortable environment with lots of parking.

It was a fortunate coincidence when Jacqueline became by hair stylist. I was looking for someone in the area who could replicate what a friend of mine could do (since she lived up in Tracy, I couldn’t make that 2 hour drive to get my hair done each time), which were my peekaboos. I have followed Jacquie from 358 Salon, not only is she passionate about her work, she genuinely cares about her clients and the health of their hair as well. She has always pulled through for me and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. If you got what’s good, hang onto to it! I can say I love her passion and being so down to earth. I hope clients will get to see past some of their expectations and understand she’s really looking out for your hair, and doing the best with what she has. Not everyone can achieve the look they want 100%, there are way too many factors that come into play, like your own body chemicals, but Jacquie definitely comes close to satisfying her clients!

It’s been around a month. Jacquie told me as time went there would be fading of course, but this fading was supposed to make it look nicer. She told me my hair would naturally ombré itself more. I had hopes that it would turn out nice and I’d be able to update with a good review.

Basically, my whole «ombréd» part turned into one color. Luckily it’s not orange, though. So that’s a plus. But I’ve been using color treated shampoo that I bought from Jacquie, herself. I’ve been washing my hair every 3 days, but it still faded pretty bad. I’m two toned again. :(
I’m actually going to go get my hair reombred somewhere else in a month, when I’ve saved up enough.
All if can say is goodluck with your hair journeys, whomever you are. Make careful decisions on where you spend your money.
Despite the good service, the technique and results I received were just too horrible. It’s kind of similar to a restaurant. When you go to a restaurant, you go for the food, not the service. Good service is a plus, but it is not the selling point of a restaurant.

I have been getting my hair taken care of by Jacquie for a little over 2 years now. I get cuts and colors and they always turn out great. Jacquie will listen to exactly what you want, and has pictures and ideas to help you if you can’t decide or don’t know exactly what you want. When all is said and done I always leave with exactly what I wanted, no surprises.
Jacquie’s prices are extremely fair, she is very professional but also friendly, and she does quality work. I’m not sure what else you can want in a stylist. Her main goal is that the customer walks away happy, and she achieves that goal every time. I will continue to go to Jacquie for as long as I can.

Amazing hair stylist. This girl is a good as they come. I think color for some stylist can be difficult (especially when working with a little gray) and I am a very particular person when it comes to my hair. My hair looks fabulous.
You can’t go wrong when your hair is in Jacquie’s care.

Jacquie is fantastic. I don’t color my hair, but she is a great stylist. She works with what you want, but will also provide great suggestions.
She’s friendly and reasonably priced! From cut, to color, and more, Jacquie is who you need to call!

I have never had my hair cut by Jacquie Crase, BUT my wife gets her hair done with Jacquie all the time. Therefore, I am qualified to rate her as a stylist.
Jacquie is excellent at her job. Cuts, colors, styling, the works. My wife has had it all done and it always comes out looking exceptional. Just recently my wife had her hair darkened for a wedding we were attending (wanted to have her «winter coat» I guess). It looks amazing! Everything always comes out exactly the way you expect it to, with no surprises.
I have known Jacquie for a little while and I can say that she is extremely friendly and personable. She has an infectious smile and a very upbeat attitude all the time.
If you are looking for a stylist, I highly recommend giving Jacquie a try, you’ll be glad you did. Husbands, send your wives to Jacquie. As I’m sure you all know, when your wife is happy with her hair, your life improves dramatically.
***UPDATE***
I have now had my hair cut by Jacquie! I can now officially say the she has the ability to cut men’s hair to exacting specifications. I guess after so many SuperCuts mishaps I was more shocked than I should have been that my hair could come out the way that I described, but I guess if you can work wonders with women’s hair men’s should be no problem. Long story short, guys should go to Jacquie too. She hardly charges anything and you get so much more than you would anywhere else.
