Dr. Smith is a wonderful dentist. She has a gentle, skilled touch that makes dental work manageable. I really like how she tells me what she’s doing before each step, and asks often if everything is going well. I just had a crown put on my weird baby tooth. Yes, I’m a 38 year old woman with a baby tooth! Dr. Smith showed me on a model before I decided what to do when my old filling cracked what my choices were: crown or implant, and she showed me my x-​rays that show the baby tooth still has a deep enough root. I have been going to this dental office for over 10 years now, and I have always liked the business office. The ladies are so nice and friendly. Lisa the insurance lady is excellent at her job and time and time again has gone an extra mile to work with my insurance company. My insurance doesn’t cover the cost of putting a crown on my baby tooth, but none of us think this is fair so Lisa and Dr. Smith sent a letter to contest and she added photos for evidence that the cracked filling was too damaged to repair. If the insurance decides not to pay, I can pay over the course of 3 months which is very helpful to my monthly budget.
