Talk to JJ. Took my GMC Canyon in for shocks and struts, he was spot on with $$ compare to others. Went back a few years later to have the truck raised. Told me the cheapest way to go about it and installed the parts. Just had a «Reduced Power» code pop up on my truck and again, he took care of me when he could have charged extra. Very honest business… Now they have a loyal customer.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years for a number of reasons. They are always friendly, fast, and honest. They don’t try to up sell you with products and services you don’t need. When they know it’s going to be a while they always offer to drop me off anywhere I want to go so I’m not there waiting, but if I do plan on sticking around they have a nice little area to sit and watch TV. They also have coffee and a vending machine to snack on.
No matter how small or big the job might be they always take care of me!

Since they first installed my car’s sound system, I’ve returned for oil changes, brake replacements, and powered window repairs. My return business is mainly because they continually beat out all the estimates from their competitors’ shops. Not to mention, the work banter — which is frankly missing from other mechanic establishments today — is alive and well here.

If you have trouble finding a mechanic, your search ends here. Just like everyone else, you get worried you’ll get screwed over. My friend referred me here and Juan (the owner) took great care of me. His dad J. R also works along side with him which I thought was cool (funny guy). They have great knowledge of cars which made me feel comfortable, but also super easy to talk to! I end up finding out they do so much repair work on cars which is great to know for future reference. All in all, head over to JC and ask for Juan.

My car malfunction indicator light came on so I brought my car in to JC Customs and was greeted right away by the owner who was very pleasant even sharing his years of work experience with me and showed me around the shop. I was very nervous going in for I didn’t know what to expect (I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics before) and feared the news the mechanic would give me, but the owner and his team demeanor quickly changed that. Again they were all welcoming and pleasant so my fears quickly went away. They quickly performed the diagnoses and showed me what they found. They were very thorough with their recommendations and provide me a quote that was very reasonable. I will recommend this place to anyone I know and I also will be bringing my car back in the future for any service/​repair needs. Thank you JC Customs for the awesome service, you now have a loyal customer.

Bad service, no estimate, they don’t want to check the car in front of you, no guarantee… I took my car brand new it only needed an oil change, I drove out of their shop and my car would just turn off every stop, the lights wouldn’t work it was all messed up… I took it back, they said the car had nothing, told me it was some crap about the lower arm… I almost had an accident once because it turned off in the freeway… anyways I ended up going with another mechanic, was very honest told me there was nothing wrong with the lower arm, got it fixed for a low price, after almost one year my car has been working great! I don’t recommend JC customs at all

The first time I went to these guys I had to replace my LED lights on my truck which for some reason no one was carrying. So one of the clerks at O’Reilly’s told me to check JC Customs which Juan was able to get done the next day.
But these guys did an even more amazing job when they were able to replace my 2010 Tacoma drive shaft back in 2012. I have a 3″ air lift and basically the shaft broke which I guess just happens to mod trucks unfortunately. SO Toyota was going to send me to a spot that would’ve charged me a good $ 1400 for a custom shaft, but Juan got one of his guys outside the shop who could do it for under a $ 1000. In addition, he was able to get it done in two days knowing how bummed and stressed out I was. It was such a relief — my trucks been driving super smooth ever since!
Now mind you that at first it may look like a rundown shop off the bat but don’t let looks deceive you. These guys are real knowledgeable and reliable and will be up front about your car and what you need to do to keep it well maintained. It’s nice that you can actually talk to your mechanic face-​to-​face rather than just dropping it off and hoping for the best. If you need any kind of custom work done to your truck or car check these guys out! I’ve also gone back a couple times just so Juan and his guys can personally take a look at how everythings looking.

Hands down best and honest service ever! I have a 2006 Dodge Magnum which was stuck on park took my car to a dodge dealership they wanted to charge me $ 450 which is beyond ridiculous. I was referred by a friend to take my car to JC customs they gave a reasonable price needless to say they have a very satisfied customer here and I will be coming back to get my car service here. Took my Ford F150 here to get the muffler fixed. The muffler had a big hole in it and Juan knew exactly what to do. He put in a new flow master and made the truck sound 100% better. They had it done in less than a few hours. Love the owners (Juan & Cuco) — very great people! Would definitely recommend anyone to them!

Excellent and quick service! Even though they were busy Juan and Jr made sure I didn’t wait. I bought a Flowmaster exhaust system and they installed it fast! Juan definitely knows what he is talking about and he doesn’t try to rip you off. My truck’s exhaust sounds/​looks awesome now! I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for some help with their car

2 Stars, because although I was not happy with the work that was done to my Audi, the owner was really nice… probably because he lied to me when selling me my tires.
When I got my car, I had really good tires that lasted me quite some time. I came in and asked for a quote. He was excited to tell me that he could order me the same exact tires that I already had on my car for $ 99 each. I had about an hour or so until I started my shift. so at the moment I didn’t have time to do any research and this is the closest tire shop to my house. Considering they were going to be «the same tires» I thought what a great deal, because my tires were $ 100+. I let them do their thing, and when they were finished, they were completely different tires! I can’t even tell you what brand they were, because I had never seen them at any other tire shop I’d been to. I was honestly so upset, but had no time to ask them to switch them out. I’m a very easy-​going customer, I left the shop with no complaints, just took it as a lesson-​learned to never come here again. The tires that they put on only lasted a few months.
When I got home that night I did research and I found that the actual Falken tires I did have were on sale at Wheelworks for $ 80+.

Man I don’t even know where to start at. I was referred to JC Customs by the good people at Speedee Mufflers. What was supposed to be an easy job ended up turning into a nightmare, my mechanic was in the process of installing some headers that I had ordered when he discovered that I had 3 broken exhaust bolts, he tried taking them out and he was unsuccessful, so then I went to Speedee Mufflers to see if they had a way of taking them out, they said they couldn’t but they recommended JC Customs. I then talked to Juan and he said that he would try to get them out but it wasn’t a guarantee, well he was unable to pull them out the easy way. So that’s when I lost hope and was thinking it was going to be a fortune to remove them since the only way to get them out of there now, was to remove the heads and get the bolts drilled out, I had explained to Juan that I was on a real tight budget, he understood and worked with the budget that I had, not only did he get the exhaust bolts out of there but my truck sounds sooo much better with the headers that I got. I feel kinda bad that I called the shop every day just to check up on the status of my truck, I probably called them more than I called my girlfriend that week lol. But big thanks to Juan and his mechanics they came through big time for me and I’m really pleased with the work that they did. I would recommend this shop to anyone that’s trying to get work done to their car!

got my wheels mounted and balanced with some tires i brought in. $ 50 for 4 wheels is a deal. overall im satisfied with my experience. probably come back to try their other services and see how they are with that.

juan does it all, had all of my cars worked on here from my new lexus to my old cutlass 442. the best place to go for honest work and good prices

This review is for the JC Customs that is housed at said address. LoL I’ve been in twice now for tire stuff and the guys that work there (Jose and Vu) are super cool, friendly and fair. The first time, they plugged a tire for me… simple and sweet. The second time, I had my tires rotated, again I was in and out in no time. I wish I could afford all their custom wheels, stereo speakers, alarms and grills!
The Basics: Jose runs the custom shop which covers tires, wheels, exhaust, tint, suspension, and other accessories, etc. Vu does the audio, car alarms, and other custom installations. The guys are ASC certified and after they explained what that meant (haha) they told me that the shop is run in the mornings by Cuco, who has been an ASC Certified technician for 20 years! He must know a LOT about cars. Haha. I, know nothing, so I’m glad they’re in my neighborhood.
For Christmas, I wanna shopping spree at this place so that I can get some wheels and custom stereo stuff. ;)
P. S. Don’t miss it, it’s kinda hidden down in a dip by a tattoo parlor.
