I visit an elderly family friend at this place for about over a year now. The staff at front desk are friendly and typically ask you to sign in & out on the clipboard at the counter right after you walk in from the locked automatic doors. You must ring for the front desk in order to get into the building. This facility seems well kept. Every now and then, there is an unpleasant older in the one of the two elevators. Is it old people smell? or is it the other yuckiness of possible urine? or lack of hygiene? The elderly woman we know says there are lunches in the cafeteria every weekdays only. There seems to be daily activities to keep the seniors in good spirits. That seems nice. I usually see a list of times and activities on a board in front of the elevator every time I visit. The hallways are kept clean and quiet. Today, the elderly woman made a Halloween mask and she gave me it to me to give my son. Sooo sweet of her!

This is a senior independent living facility that offers lower prices to those who cant afford it. It is a nice facility that hold more then 100 residents. To quallify for houseing, one must be over 60 or disabled. Lobby and hallways are kept clean, there is good security and is realtivly quiet are the area. Plus if there is a medical emergencies, there are call button that can be pulled if asstence is needed in a residents room. The lobby holds events, outings and dinner parties. This is definatly an alternitive to retirement homes.
